A landscaped courtyard with a koi pond leads in. Inside are vaulted ceilings, stone and hardwood floors, and a kitchen with mahogany cabinets and granite counters. There is a private office, and PV panels power the house.

The resort
Pauoa Beach is a gated oceanfront community between the Fairmont Orchid and Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection Resort. The Kohala Coast has a desert climate: warm, sunny and clear almost every day of the year.
The Pauoa Beach Club sits on the sand at Pauoa Bay. It has a 110-foot negative edge pool, lounges and umbrellas, locker rooms, massage rooms, a baby pool, a sauna and a fitness center. The bay has a white sand beach, palm trees and plenty of sea life, and the calm lagoon just steps from the club suits snorkeling, paddle boarding and children of all ages. In winter you may see dolphins and whales offshore.
All Mauna Lani rentals include access to golf at the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course, tennis at the Mauna Lani Racquet Club, the Mauna Lani Spa, and the private Mauna Lani Beach Club with its white sand beach and good snorkeling. Mauna Lani restaurants and shops are less than five minutes away.
