The house
Quartzite floors, custom Sapele cabinets, granite counters, vaulted ceilings, transom windows, ohia wood posts and mahogany finishes run through the house. Pocket doors open the living space fully onto the lanai.

Outside
The deep, raised lanai holds an infinity pool, hot tub and built-in gas grill, and looks down over Pauoa's landscaping to white water, sand and the ocean.
Two four-seat golf carts come with the house.

The resort
Pauoa Beach is a gated oceanfront community between the Fairmont Orchid and Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection Resort. The Kohala Coast has a desert climate: warm, sunny and clear almost every day of the year.
The private Pauoa Beach Club has a 100-foot negative edge pool, spa, children's pool, fitness center, saunas, kitchen and entertainment pavilion, with direct access to the white sand beach at the Fairmont Orchid, where turtles sun themselves. The Fairmont's oceanfront bar and restaurants are right there.
A few minutes further by foot or cart is Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, with more beaches, shops, a gourmet grocery, restaurants, beach bars, tennis and the Mauna Lani Spa. All Mauna Lani rentals include access to golf at the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course, tennis at the Mauna Lani Racquet Club, the Mauna Lani Spa, and the private Mauna Lani Beach Club with its white sand beach and good snorkeling. There are 36 holes of championship golf and miles of biking and walking paths, and whale watching in winter.

- Reservation fee: $285 plus tax, once per stay.
- Hawai'i taxes: 18.712% on the nightly rate (Transient Accommodations Tax and General Excise Tax).

- Two golf carts are included with the rental.
