Laule'a 6 is one of just 17 homes in a 2018 community at Mauna Lani Resort that won a Best in American Living Award. It is a modern four-bedroom, 4.5-bath house with a private pool and hot tub, ocean and golf course views, and a full set of baby and beach gear.

There are more than 2,800 square feet inside and a 371-square-foot covered lanai. Stone and hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and stone counters run throughout. The kitchen has a Wolf oven and gas cooktop, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a wine cooler, and there is a wireless sound system with flat screen TVs and digital cable.

The lanai has a pool and hot tub, a Wolf gas grill, a large flat screen TV and private outdoor showers, all fully landscaped, with ocean and golf course views. A six-person golf cart and two adult bikes are included.

The house is set up for small children: pack and play, baby monitors, Bumbo, high chair seat, toddler seat, stroller and toddler life jackets. For the beach there is a wagon, sun shade tent, sand toys, pool noodles, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and coolers.

A white sand beach club is close by, along with Mauna Lani's restaurants, shops, Racquet Club and the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course.

“This property was perfect for our multi-family vacation. There are three bedrooms all with attached bathrooms in the main house and a separate structure with a room and bathroom. We cooked almost every night- there is a great grocery store within this development that also does order ahead and pick up for your first day/night. The kitchen is well appointed and the grill was amazing.”
