This fourth floor "penthouse" has approximately 2,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I404 has two bedrooms with king beds in each, as well as a separate den room with a Full size sofa (58" x 73.5") bed that is located off the great room. There are a total of three sleeping spaces for up to six guests. I404 has two full bathrooms, the master with tub and separate shower, and the guest bathroom with shower.

Each bedroom as well as the Great Room in I404 has an over-sized flat panel UHD TV, digital cable box, Blu-ray player, and an iPod dock with alarm clock and radio. At I404, all televisions are wall mounted with hidden cables through the walls, and in every room there are full HD cable subscriptions and unlimited NETFLIX movies - all fully complimentary.
