Visit the Big Island this Fall
From milder weather, fewer crowds, and lower prices, fall is a wonderful time to visit the Big Island of Hawaii. Several of our gorgeous luxury vacation villas are still available for September and October, so if you’re planning a trip soon, consider one of these wonderful homes in the Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani resort area.
The Na Hale’s
Big Island Villas is pleased to have 5 total Na Hale homes in our rental program. For those guests that have a large group traveling together, we are able to rent multiple homes that are adjacent to one another. Na Hale 1, Na Hale 2, Na Hale 3, and Na Hale 4 are next door to one another, while Na Hale 7 is a few doors down. Na Hale 1 and Na Hale 2 sleep 6-8 people, while Na Hale 3, 4, and 7 each sleep 8, so up to 40 total people can be accommodated by renting all 5 homes.
The Na Hales are luxurious Balinese-style homed that embody modern Hawaiian living. The properties adorned with lush greenery and mature palms, creating a tropical atmosphere. The houses feature upscale elements combined with a relaxed vibe, making them an excellent choice for a vacation retreat. Each home is designed with separate pods with three suites and a great room, all connected by outdoor spaces that encircle a stunning swimming pool, hot tub, and a built-in BBQ area.
The interiors are characterized by warm wood tones, natural stone accents, and well-appointed furnishings. Notable features include a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen equipped with Subzero and Wolf appliances, as well as three private outdoor showers, one for each suite. Some Na Hales also boast a four-seater GEM car for convenient transportation around the beautiful Mauna Lani resort community.
Guests of Na Hale properties enjoy exclusive access to the private Pauoa Beach Club and have direct access to a pristine white sand beach adjacent to the Fairmont Orchid Hotel, which is part of the gated residential community. Additionally, all rentals in the Mauna Lani area have privileges at the acclaimed Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course, the Mauna Lani Racquet Club for tennis, and the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, known for its excellent snorkeling and inviting white sand beach. Nearby, there are also dining and shopping options. The recently renovated Auberge Collection Mauna Lani Resort is conveniently located within a short walk or cart ride from the property.
Kauna’oa 8B
Nestled within a charming gated community at the heart of Mauna Kea Resort, this generously sized townhome offers panoramic ocean vistas and convenient proximity to both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach Prince Hotels, renowned for their pristine white sand beaches. It's important to note that currently, the Kauna’oa Clubhouse and Fitness Center welcome guests from 10 am to 2 pm, while the Par 3 Practice Course remains accessible throughout the day.
